Third baseman Joe Randa jacked one out of the ballyard and had 3 RBI at the
ballpark where the Langley Farm Team beat the Lewisville Fire Ants 6 to
1.
Randa was a thorn in the side of the hometown fans as he enjoyed a fine day at
their team's expense. He doubled in the 3rd inning, doubled in the 5th
inning and clubbed a three-run home run (his 3rd of the season) in the 8th
inning. Langley managed 13 in their victory.
Kevin Millwood(2-3) picked up the victory, allowing no runs in 5 innings. Ryan
Drese(2-5) was the loser. He surrendered 6 runs and 11 hits in 7 and 2/3
innings.
